Jose’s wife, Adriana De La Rocha, thinks that Jose would be happy if she and their son went to the game. They believe that Jose will be right there with them. Late Jose was a good man, and he helped many children play sports. He left behind his wife and a son who is four years old.
On Sunday, the police officers in San Jose will take the family to the game in a special way. They will use their cars with lights and sounds to make a big parade for them. This action shows that police officers treat each other like brothers and sisters, no matter what their uniforms or badges look like. “I miss him every day,” said Adriana De La Rocha, Jose’s widow. “Being here for the game was something we wanted to start together. I thought a lot about canceling the trip.”
