Taylor Swift has mocked hackers who threatened to leak nude photographs of her.
Taylor Swift - who is currently on her hollibobs in Hawaii with the Haim sisters - had her Twitter and Instagram accounts taken over by a mystery user yesterday, with postings on her page asking fans to follow two users, @lizzard and @veriuser, both of whom claim to be linked to hacking group the Lizard Squad.
The two accounts were suspended and the tweets deleted, but one posted a link to a Bitcoin account alongside a message which read: "Will post taylor swift's nudes when this btc wallet hits 3btc.(sic)"
However, the 25-year-old singer seemed nonplussed by the hack and later wrote on her Twitter page: "Cause the hackers gonna hack, hack, hack, hack, hack...
"PS any hackers saying they have 'nudes'? Psssh you'd love that wouldn't you! Have fun photoshopping cause you got NOTHING (sic)"
As well as the light-hearted Tweets, the singer also shared an explanation on her Tumblr account.
She wrote: "My Twitter got hacked but don't worry, Twitter is deleting the hacker tweets and locking my account until they can figure out how this happened and get me new passwords.
"Never a dull moment."
The hackers also posted what they claimed was private messages between Taylor and friends including Nick Jonas, singer/songwriter Garrett Borns, aka BØRNS - who she exchanged puns about whales with - and YouTube star Felix Kjellberg.
It hasn't been confirmed if the exchanges were real.
