RULES

1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition) (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to ‘Jet2Holidays breakfast promotion’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from 5th January 2015 to 9th January 2015 on Heart North East.

2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must send a text message with the keyword given out on air to the text number given out on air (the “Text Message Line”). Text messages will be charged at standard network rates. The opening and closing times of the Text Message Line will be given out on air.

4. All Entrants selected to play on air will be required to talk to the presenter(s) and the conversation will be recorded and played on-air. If the caller fails to answer a return call from Global, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over or cannot continue the call for any reason the call may be terminated and another Entrant selected at random.

5. Listeners will be asked to text in for their chance to win. An entrant will be selected at random and brought to air for the chance to win a Jet2 Holiday. The breakfast presenters will pretend to be checking in at the airport and in the process will be getting their bags weighed. Both presenters will list 5 items in their bags and the entrant must guess whose bag is the heaviest. If they answer correctly, they will win a holiday. If not, we will randomly select another entrant to play. The winner will be informed if they have won on air.

Eligibility:

6. Entrants must be eligible to travel to the destination of the days prize, be aged 18 or over and must carry a valid passport and are generally required to have 6 months remaining on it after the scheduled date of return.

7. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prizes:

Monday's Prize- Hotel Palm Beach, Benidorm, Costa Blanca

Your prize is for 7 nights for 2 adults and one child (up to 11 years old on date of return) on an All Inclusive basis, in a Standard room, staying at the 4* Hotel Palm Beach in Benidorm, departing from Newcastle International Airport.

To claim your prize, your holiday must be booked before 31st March 2015 and is valid for travel between 15th May – 31st July 2015 subject to availability. All date requests are subject to flight and hotel availability at time of request. Flight dates are limited and restrictions apply. Flight schedules can be checked online at Jet2.com and Jet2holidays.com.

Tuesday's Prize- Club Hotel Turan Prince World, Antalya, Turkey

Your prize is for 7 nights for 2 adults and up to 2 children (up to 11 years old on date of return) on All Inclusive basis, in a Club Standard Double room, staying at the 4*plus Club Hotel Turan Prince World in Turkey, departing from Newcastle Airport.

To claim your prize, your holiday must be booked before 31st March 2015. Travel is valid between 22nd May – 1st June and 22nd October – 30th October 2015. Friday's Prize- Aldemar Knossos Royal, Crete

Your prize is for 7 nights for 2 adults and up to 2 children (up to 12 years old on date of return) on Half Board basis, in a Family Room with a Garden View, staying at the 4*plus Aldemar Knossos Royal in Crete ,departing from Newcastle International Airport.

To claim your prize, your holiday must be booked before 31st March 2015. Travel is valid between 5th May until 27th October 2015 inclusive. All date requests are subject to flight and hotel availability at time of request. Flight dates are limited, in this instance only Tuesday flights are permitted and restrictions apply such as the months of July and August are excluded. Flight schedules can be checked online at Jet2.com and Jet2holidays.com.

8. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.

Jet2holidays and Jet2.com Terms and Conditions

• All prizes are subject to individual terms & conditions for board basis, accommodation types, number of persons permitted and departure airport. The details of each prize holiday will be made available separately.

• Full terms and conditions will be confirmed by Jet2holidays in a letter confirming the prize including the date the prize must be claimed and taken by.

• This prize includes 1 free item of checked baggage per person and airport transfers to/from the hotel.

• The duration of the prize holiday may not be extended and any additional passengers booked will be charged at normal rates.

• All holidays must be redeemed by 31st March 2015 and each prize is subject to its own validity dates and redeem by dates. For details on individual prize validity and redeem by dates, see the details of the prizes available on each day of the competition on the Global radio websites for each station as mentioned above. Please note that different destinations have different flying schedules so certain months may not be available.

• Whilst Jet2holidays will take into consideration and will use reasonable endeavours to accommodate any dates requested by the winner at the time they redeem their prize holiday, please note that all dates are subject to flight and hotel availability and may not be taken during peak times such as bank holidays, school holidays and July 2015 and August 2015. Other date restrictions apply.

• The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland), the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man who are aged 18 years or over, but excluding (1) employees and officers of Jet2holidays Limited, Jet2.com Limited, Fowler Welch-Coolchain Limited and Dart Group PLC (and their immediate families), (2) employees and officers of the promoter, its agents, associates, printers (and their immediate families) and (3) anyone professionally connected with the promotion. Multiple entries or entries through agents or third parties are invalid.

• Jet2holidays reserves the right to offer an alternative property/destination at anytime, to the equivalent prize value, insofar as it is permitted under its Terms and Conditions and the relevant law.

• Changes to names, travel dates & accommodation are subject to the standard change fee plus any differences in cost as outlined in Jet2holidays Terms and Conditions.

• In accordance with Jet2holidays Terms and Conditions, holidays may be changed or cancelled by Jet2holidays insofar as such changes or cancellations are permitted under its Terms and Conditions and the relevant law.

• In the event that Jet2holidays cancels or makes a change to the prize holiday, as permitted under its Terms and Conditions, Jet2holidays will give as much prior notice as possible to the winner and the winner will be made aware of his or her rights under its Terms and Conditions. Any changes or cancellations will be notified by email or telephone.

• Jet2holidays' competition prizes may not be exchanged for cash and may only be taken by the competition winner, who must be over 18 years old and travel along with any accompanying passenger(s) notified to Jet2holidays in the relevant booking, subject to the maximum number of passengers specified within the prize details.

• All optional flight/board/accommodation supplements and insurance are extra and must be paid for by the winner at the time of booking for all the travelling party. Winners with special needs such as a requirement for wheelchair assistance will need to notify Jet2holidays as appropriate at the time they redeem the prize.

• Jet2holidays recommends that all winners take out their own insurance as this is not included in the prize.

• British Citizens must have a full 10 year passport to travel and are generally required to have 6 months remaining on it after the scheduled date of return. If the winner or any member of the travelling party is not a British or EU citizen or holds a non British/EU passport, the winner must check passport and visa requirements with the relevant Embassy or Consulate of the country(ies) to or through which the winner are intending to travel.
