A Dorset pub owned by a former television presenter has been burgled.

Dorset Police say The Greyhound Inn at Sydling St Nicholas in Dorchester was targetted sometime in the early hours of Sunday 9th October 2011.

It's thought the thieves got in through a window and took a number of items, including staff tips, 2 ipods and an amount of alcohol.

Fiona Phillips and her husband took over running the pub back in March 2011.
