Valerie Bertinelli has taken up Pilates while on her health journey.
The star shared to social media on Thursday that she feels so much better about herself after a workout.
The One Day At A Time actress, who says she no longer counts calories, shared a video of her Pilates workout with her 1.5 million fans.
Showing how she uses a reformer - a platform that moves on wheels and pullies - the Hot In Cleveland star, 63, donned a comfortable looking gray T-shirt with a cat and coffee graphic on it and black and green camo leggings for her fitness routine.
She was wearing little makeup and pulled her shoulder length hair into a high bun.
'Exercise is not just for your body. It can also soothe your soul,' the Food Network star explained next to the clip after she revealed earlier this year she lost 10lbs by giving up alcohol.

As she closed the video, the actress said, 'No matter how hard it is to get there, I always feel so much better about myself once I’m done.'
'Thank you, Grace!' she added, referring to the instructor and owner of Grace Anatomy Pilates in the Studio City area of Los Angeles.
Pal Faith Ford commented with an enthusiastic 'Yes and Yes!!!'
Most of the comments about Valerie's workout were positive, but one nasty troll did offer a harsh dig regarding the Signed, Sealed, Delivered actress' efforts.
'You need many many many more hours and much less food for it to work honey. LoL,' the posted.
The Claire star responded graciously with, 'I’ve had much worse said to me from someone I thought loved me and had my back.
'I’ve done so much healing in the last year that your words can’t even touch me. You have yourself a blessed day dear. lol.'
In another recent video titled 'Aging is such a trip', Valerie spoke about some of the challenges of getting older.
'Factually, I have spent more time young than I have being old, so I'm kind of adjusting.

'My body is adjusting for sure. I mean, I can still jog up stairs, but I can't run upstairs. I can still do a nice, deep squat, but I gotta hold on to something to pull myself back up.'
She also referred to parts of her body that are sagging, including her neck and forearm. 'I'm having trouble wrapping my head around this aging stuff, right? 'cause in my brain, I am still this young, goofy, let's have fun... girl.
Admitting that she doesn't want to have the brain she had in her 20s, 30s and 40s because she is so 'appreciative of what I've been through' but aging she said 'it's just mind blowing!'
Valerie will celebrate her 64th birthday (April 23) a little early with the publication of her new cookbook Indulge, on April 2.
